after submission wait for online test and after this if you are selected call to next round Next round is Face to Face round and this is the most important.
First Round is Online Test
Second Round is F2F round(Most Important )
Third Round is HR discussion(Normally check communication and salary discussion).

They call too many candidates on the same day, same time and same place and then usually keep them waiting all day long.
Most of the times recruiters do not even respond to your general queries even after cracking the interviews. After releasing an offer too, they do not respond to your emails/calls.
