I only made it through three rounds (non on-site) which included a phone screen and an "assignment-like" task. I did not hear back. Later I checked my candidate portal and noted that I was "no longer in consideration."

Reached out for an initial interview, but didn't follow through on scheduling it. When I reached out, I was met with radio silence. Pretty awful experience for a company that supposedly "values" its employees.
