-2 Interviews one for leadership and one for role related knowledge, generic open questions conducted online for around 45mins each, conducted online with 2 different people.
I was surprised there was no questions about the product, which makes me question the recruitment process and whether I applied for the wrong job which asks for prior experience with Google ads.

-What advice you give to a mid level retailer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
