Had a contact within Google submit my resume. Got a positive response 2 weeks later, and a short phone screen around the same time. Interview scheduled 3 weeks later.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for TVC position. 3-4 rounds of interviews. TVC interviews likely easier than FTE interview if I had to guess. Most of the workforce are TVCs.
