Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Chelsea, NY) en nov 2013
Entrevista
There was a phone interview which was about ideas and creativity. Then there were two on-campus interviews followed by a lunch. The two interviews were about them asking me how to make their products better or how I would go about researching something. I didn't really know what the first interviewer was asking me (he had been working their for some years). The second interviewer was a recent hire and asked more appropriate questions so I knew what he was talking about. The lunch was not related to anything: you talk about whatever. We ended up talking about tech projects.
The interview was rushed in terms of flying me in and out. The whole process seemed pretty disorganized compared to Microsoft's.

Can't discuss. But they were vague in their questions and I didn't really know what they wanted to hear.

5 interviews 3 questions each. Same as what they emailed in preparation. Watch YouTube videos and focus on the 3 core topics and you will be perfectly fine. Would recommend reading how to crack the PM interview
Damm good it was. Mostly guesstimate questions. Overall liked it. I would recommend getting a good hang of numbers and puzzles questions as it helped me clear 3 rounds. Amazing

Interview was straight forward and lined up with expectations. Interviewer was friendly but I’m disappointed by their general ability to make the interviewee comfortable (no hi, no greetings, did not even address me by my name or give me the chance to introduce myself, went straight into questions without the clarifying how many questions they’d like to cover, etc.)
