I interviewed for Campaign manager role in Gurgaon office. I had phone conversation with an HR. She asked me general question about " A startup wants to market its product. How will you go about it?". I asked general questions leading to framing a strategy. Later she emailed that I am being called for next round to Google Gurgaon office. On interview day, There were 3 back to back rounds - first round was with another campaign manager; second round was with a senior campaign manager and third was with a Director level person. Since, I have no technical background in campaigns, they didn't ask me any technical questions. Most of the questions were scenario based, how would I react to specific situations, questions about my background etc. After first round, I was asked to stay back for next rounds, but all others were asked to leave. Guess the first round went well. Each round was for around 45 minutes. Overall, the experience was good. I had confidence that I will get through, but got a mail after a week that I wasnt selected without any specific feedback which I do not appreciate.

Great process, Got a link and everything went smoothly. Great crisp questions and smooth flow. Was a very short interview as I did not get selected. Would be great to interview again and answer the question correctly
