Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Dublín, Dublín) en ago 2014

      Entrevista

I had 2 phone interviews - first with HR and then a technical screening over the phone. After that I was asked to come onsite for 3 back to back interviews with team members. The recruiter had sort of prepped me for some of the questions, but some were very unexpected. My first onsite interview focused on me as a potential co-worker (i.e. how I work in a team, etc.). That was fine, and my interviewer was very nice. The second interview was another technical screening. The woman who interviewed me had an attitude before we even got to the room. Then a meeting was running over time in the room she had booked so she was extra annoyed. Our meeting got started about 10+ minutes late and she had a hard stop 20 minutes later for another meeting. She asked me to write out some SQL queries which I did. Then as people were trying to enter the room for their next meeting, she asked me the most vague question that would require a good few minutes to consider and she finally snapped at me that she had to go. The third interview focused on my business acumen, which was fine and my interviewer was also lovely. In the end I was told that I didn't get the position because they wanted someone more technical, so that was extremely frustrating since I felt that my technical interview was very unprofessional.
