Hiring is easy - couple of phone calls and then HD and technical interview. Java questions ( standard), identifying bad code in the example ( on the paper), some math and algorithm questions. Asked to describe current project and responsibilities, your weak and strong sides.

How long will it take for you to programm a complex for a space ship launch?
