The hiring process consisted of 5 rounds. It was through campus recruitment. 1st round was basic coding and general aptitude. Second round was GD or direct technical based on your performance in coding. Technical round consisted of all basic to advanced topic in your technical language. It went up to 1 hour. Next was manageurial round and usually consisted of basic questions of designing. Last was HR round which was just to check your behaviour.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
The interview process started with an initial HR screening call where they discussed my background and experience. This was followed by a technical round focused on Java concepts, OOP principles, and basic problem-solving. There was also a coding round where I solved questions on data structures. Finally, a managerial round assessed communication, teamwork, and project experience. The overall process was smooth and professional.
