Detailed, relevant and thorough. Communication was concise and fast; I never felt like I was waiting on them. I experienced an appropriate balance between formal and informal interview styles, which helped shape an authentic impression of the company and it's employees.

Applied remotely from the United States, and was able to get screened by the recruiter quite quickly. After the recruiting screen, I was given an at-home coding exercise. I actually goofed on the exercise preventing it from running properly. That said, they were willing to give me another chance as I had sent it over properly afterwards. Not many companies would do this and immediately dismiss a candidate! Afterwards, the "on-site" equivalent of my remote interview consisted of a pair programming interview, culture fit interview, hiring manager interview, and call with CEO. I was actually in the offer stage with other companies, but they were able to accelerate the interview process. Not only was their offer was more appealing, but hearing of their mission and values really convinced me that I made the right decision.
