      Had the first initial interview over skype then follow up technical interview(over skype) and then i received feedback from the company where reasons given for not continuing with me where: -"Problem with communication" - no explanation what that means, technology failures as we had a problem connecting earlier? i was too quite? Did my explanations/concepts not make sense? - "His initial question was regarding the our legacy infrastructure and if we plan to migrate to framework there. This as a question alone is not a red flag, but during the next hour he left impression of a person who thinks in a framework world only" I was told there is a legacy code that was coded a while ago and i would assume legacy means its old, it will need changing at some point and if they are any plans to move it to a framework since a vast of the website on the front-end plus other functionality are running on symfony framework. - "We haven't touched anything except tech, but he seems tech-only focused." The interview was a technical interview, so i was shocked this came back as feedback on why they didn't continue with me, should i have asked non technical questions in a technical interview? The whole interview process left me with more questions than answers, sent them an email seeking clarity and still waiting for feedback. I would say its a not so good experience because of the feedback given to me as you can see with some of the feedback above. I feel this feedback was created on the fly and didn't really reflect how i did in that interview.

      I have received a phone call from the company. The person described herself as a freelance recruiter hiring for the company. After initial interview she sent me a project to work on, saying that it can take up to 6 hours. The project was to develop a complete software to be used as part of a backend service in a booking website. She said the code will be used later in the technical interview. That was my mistake to accept the free work in hope of a job interview. At the end I provided them with a complete software package which took me hours of work. I used docker to run that. Tested it several times. I only didn't take a movie of my screen when it was working. Once they received the software she sent me an email claiming that the code doesn't even run and that my application is rejected. Now they have my very well developed, organized and functional software and I have wasted hours of free work. So be aware.
