Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward. I used a friend to get a reference inside the company and then a corporate recruiter tookover. I had two phone interviews with the recruiter before we set up an onsite inteview. As I was out of state, the company paid to fly me out, rental car and hotel room for one night. The group interview covered technical experience and philosophy. The people were warm, open and encouraging. I left with a positive experience and about a week later I recieved an offer.

Step 1: Screening interview with recruiting on phone. Recruiting briefly reviewed the skills on my resume and gave some details about the company. This lasted about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Screening interview with hiring manager on video. This lasted about 45 minutes.
Step3: In-person panel interview at job site. Group of 5 senior engineers and the hiring manager asked questions about my experience and knowledge in the field for about 1.5 hours. I was then taken on a tour of the facility.

Got to reception, introduced myself, and was asked to wait. About 45 minutes later I was told that the hiring manager was busy and that there would be no interview. No explanation, no follow-up. Very strange.

Very enjoyable interview, they had a check list of questions but also welcomed questions. Most times interview felt like a fluid discussion .
Frustrating thing was being told to expect feedback within 3 working days and no decision being made within 3 weeks with excused continuously changing. Shame really...
