Applied online; had a phone interview with an HR rep; had a panel interview on site with three managers. For the on site interview, they asked about previous projects I worked on and asked for any visuals I had. They asked some basic interview questions to find out my interests and personality. Then they asked me a series of questions like the ones described below.

Describe the equations for stress and torque as if you were talking to a child. What are the four strokes of an otto cycle engine? What are the digits of pi? How many feet are in a mile? What is the acceleration due to gravity in English and SI units? (There were a bunch of questions like that)
