Entrevista
The initial interview session consisted of the HR Manager, the hiring manager and a person within the department. The second interview was with a VP of the department and another person. The third interview was with the Senior VP and another person. These interviews were usually one week apart. After the last interview an offer was made about 2 weeks later.
Had a phone interview with HR in Cali, then they set up an onsite interview. Talked casually for about 45 min about life goals and personality and motivation. Felt like the interviewers cared more about getting to know me personally than they did about getting to know about my abilities.

I was contacted by phone initially to set up the interview, and then had to go through some tech checks to ensure that the video interview would work correctly. The interview video was through Green Jobs and the audio portion was through the phone. It lasted for about 30-45 minutes.

Applied online, was contacted a few weeks later. Interview was great, very casual and friendly. I was mainly asked clarifying questions about my resume. Two weeks later I received an offer.
