Received an initial phone screening with basic questions regarding interest and availability. This was followed by a video interview about three weeks later with three engineers who asked mostly behavioral questions and probed projects listed on my resume. Received a call later that day saying they wanted to move forward in extending me an offer. Took a drug test and passed a background check before official offer was extended.
very basic interview process, the interviewer asked mainly about my work done in school and previous work experience. Talked a lot about hobbies and shared common interests with the interviewer.

Entrevista
The interview with the hiring manager was scheduled on very short notice, so I didn’t have much time to prepare. The conversation focused heavily on technical questions in aerodynamics and propulsion, rather than behavioral. Overall, it was a straightforward but challenging experience, good for someone with strong fundamentals, but worth knowing that it won’t be just casual background questions.

Multiple rounds of interviews from difference scientists, covered technical skills and general personality assessment. Very nice people, they tried to make it as low stress as possible. Mine was just for an internship, so I can't speak to the difficulty of applying to an actual position
