Spoke with HR over the phone for a pre-screen style interview.
Was called back to interview in person with the Sr. Supervisor and Customer service Manager
Took a typing test, data entry test and comprehension test on a computer in their office
A few days later, I was contacted to take a drug test and submit to a background check
Everything came up great and I was offered the position less than a week later.

Entrevista
I applied through a friend and was called for an initial phone interview. I was then told to come in to interview directly with management. I then sat in with one supervisor, then another, before a final interview with the head of CS. The whole process probably lasted two hours.

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend who worked there. First, I went in to take a short test to make sure I could read and type well. Then, I was interviewed by a supervisor who was interested in my education, work experience, and goals. Next, I was interviewed by two trainers that asked a little about my experience and whether I knew much about video games--nothing too detailed.
