I applied online. I only reached the first step, a technical interview via zoom. I was supervised by a person while I answered some questions on paper, which I then sent for review. There are other steps, including extra technical and hr interviews.

There were questions on probability, Bayes, discrete stochastic processes, option pricing (Black-Scholes), programming and statistics and some general mathematics questions.

The interview process was quite fast, I did an initial technical exam on math and coding, then had an another technical interview where they asked math, machine learning and programming question.

They asked a version of the gambler's ruin problem.

Entrevista
First part was a test evaluating math, Stats, machine learning and financial knowledge. Next part was video interview with some employees but rejected soon after. The next part would be an extension on the first part and I believe final rounds involves a day in the office.

Entrevista
I was asked a Brain teaser type of question. It was quiet difficult but manageable. Great atmosphere. The interviewer was really friendly and nice. I really really enjoyed the interview process would recommend applying.
