Really easy. You get two interviews on two different days. They spent the majority of both interviews lecturing you about the company and then at the end you have a 10-15 minute questionnaire. Just talk about how you like to work hard and are goal oriented and you'll get the offer.

It starts with a group interview where we were told about the company, the job duties, training and discussed about case studies. After the group interview, each candidate were held into individual interviews which was really short. They asked around 5 questions. If you pass the first round you might be asked to come in for the second process of the interview.

I found the job through my school, applied and got an email back the Same day. Went to the interview and it went great, it was first a group of us, then we were all interviews separately.

The interview started as a group of interviewees gathered in a room and told about the company's history and what the job would entail. They also spoke to how training would go and the compensation as well as possible benefits.
