I was invited to an initial phone interview with HR, and was then asked to a second interview with the individual who is the supervisor for the position offered. The interviews both went well, however I was then asked to provide a substantial amount of work samples from my previous role(s) within 2 days. HR told me that I was allowed to remove all confidential information, yet the supervisor seemed annoyed that I provided "bare-bones" material when I asked her thoughts about my work during the third interview. This interview was conducted by the same individual who I had the second meeting with, along with one of her colleagues. Her colleague was very unprepared and did not have any interview questions ready for our meeting. After this meeting I did not hear anything from the company, despite being told I would definitely hear from them within a week. I then followed up with them and was told the position was offered to someone else via a voicemail. When I returned their call, HR did not pick up the phone. It does not sit well with me that they asked me for so many work samples and acted unprofessionally.
