Test-Group Discussion-Personal Interview- HR Interview. These are steps generally followed to shortlist the candidates. Generally Personal Interview and HR interview are combined. Also GD group has 10 people from which around 4 are shortlisted.

Went for 2 interviews and then a medical check up. Process was smooth and interview questions were asked about your experiences and character. Both interviews were with different people. The shortlisting duration after application took 4 months though, it was long.

formal process including presentation on previous experience and one on one interview with many managers. Interview was done at the Houston Campus. The place feels eerie overall and too uptight.
