Opp for Contractor. It was my 3th process iniciated from beggining. None of three I had any feedback from the hiring manager. The outsourcing company responsible for the contract also didn't know about the final feeback. It was in December and they were told that all the managers was in vacation, (hard to believe). Then after holidays no one share any feedback with them. Such a bad experience!!
