Entrevista
There were 3 interviewers. I'm assuming they were project manager or senior engineer. I didn't know who my interviewers were. I was told nothing. It was super frustrating to me, because the recruiter told me that I would be interviewed in English but they speak Thai to me through out the entire interview. They asked me to introduce myself and tell them about my experience in English, but they only spoke Thai back to me. After a while they told me to switch back to Thai in the middle of conversation. I can speak Thai but I was lost because I was not prepared for this chaos. I have no problem if they would like to interview me in Thai but at least let me know prior to the interview.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter, they had me do two interviews, one in my native language and one in English, after that I had an interview with Exxonmobil recruiters and Proyect leads where I answered basic questions in English. They had me do a medical exam and the process was over.
