Behavioral Interview (STAR format) 3 stages of interviews 2 behavioral, 1 technical if you get past the first two behavioral interview, you will be invited to the final technical interview

There were 2 interviews, one virtual and one physical. The virtual interview was very informal and I just discussed about my past experiences. The physical interview had behavioural and technical parts. One advice for the behavioural questions to answer it with the STAR method and provide a very specific example. The more specific the better. The technical questions were not as difficult as expected. You can take a pause to think about it and just answer the best you can.

1 behavioral and 1 techenical interview. Interview process took about 2 hours in total and there was a pre-interview call with HR before the actual interview. Behavioral questions were typical tell me a time where... and technical questions revolved around operations of a CSTR.
