Divided into two parts, attitudinal, and a surprise practical test.
The interview was conducted by two, the girl was welcoming and friendly, even if the interview process was not going well, the guy, on the other hand, had an annoyed face, barely wanted to answer my question and didn't want to shake my hands at the end of the interview.
I found him deeply unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Applied online. After couple of weeks, I got invited for the interview with HR and hiring manager. This was an entry-level job. The interview wasn't difficult and I was asked general questions. For example, what do you know about the company, why are you applying for this position and asked about my education background.

Very easy going got asked the usual motivational questions and language skills assessment 2 rounds of interviews , in the end there’s a task assignment you have to solve within 5 minutes
I applied to ExxonMobil for a finance entry level position but I was offered to proceeded with the customer service representative. The interview was scheduled by email and it wasn’t difficult. I was asked Excel pivot tables and tell about previous customer service experience.
