They were looking for highly qualified people with excellent communication skills.
Members conducting had deep knowledge of the subject so high technical knowledge along with good grades can help. Questions on project and internship were also asked.

It was friendly with mostly behavioral questions and some few technical questions on the basics of Reservoir Engineering. It comprised a panel of 3 people at first then a final interview of the general managers comprising 2 people.

Pregunta 1
What equation/relationship is used to deermine the following reservoir properties: Porosity, permeability, Reservoir Pressure, Skin.
Interview was CV based and they also added technical and HR questions. Technical questions covered basic mechanical concepts and were easy to medium level. They grilled on each and every core project and internship mentioned in my CV.

Entrevista
The total process took a few months (3-6 months)
The interview process was relatively quick, under a month but the time to receive feedback on the job was quite long.
The questions resolve around some basic HR Questions, like leadership styles, conflict management, and if you're applying a technical role, there would be some technical questions that are based on your CV.
The questions would require you to answer in a STAR format.
There are two stages, Stage 1 would be basic behavioural questions and personality checks, Stage 2 would be Technical evaluation.
