The interview started with a general introduction and moved on competency-based questions to test if the candidate matches with the company's core values.

Skype call with 2 process optimizers, I think the people you are interviewed by varies by what job they think you might fit. I thought the interview was generally okay but I think they just didn't think I was a good fit.
