Submitted resume and then was invited for a short interview. The recruiter asked me only a few questions. He seemed rather disinterested. I guess considering this was ExxonMobil I was interviewing for, it's not a surprise that he wasn't very impressed by my resume. Nevertheless, I felt like he should've been more enthusiastic and respectful.
