I applied online on their website. Received a call from the HR within a week. Interview time was changed the day before and reasons were not provided. HR claimed that the interviewers were going on a business trip, so I had to accommodate to their schedule.
Interview was conducted with 2 managers. One of them had very little eye contact throughout the interview. Seems disinterested. Interview questions were relatively easy.
Did not want to disclose which positions within their finance department were available, and asked if that was important to me (sure, it's not important to know what I applied for)
Said they will get back within 2 weeks but my application remained in limbo. Withdrew my application in the end, felt they were not sincere about hiring.

2 round , first round 1 hour and second round 1 hour . Behavior questions and add to that technical questions about financial statements and accounting and previous experience i had in the past

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

Why do you apply this position? What is your motivation?
I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
