I would consider it more casual than most of interviews I previously attended. This was the 1st interview round (after online assessment). Most questions started with "Could you please name an example where you display ..."

Online Test - Aptitude and Mechanical core problems; (Standard difficulty while the Aptitude was time consuming)
Group Discussion - Topic given was - Can introverts be effective leaders
Interview - Technical and HR. RICCE framework. Being through with every point in the CV and understanding mechanical engineering principles behind all of them helps.

There were 3 other engineers on the teams call. At first they described the role and their experience. Then they pretty much line by line on your resume and asked questions about everything.

Each day this tank is out of commission, it costs the company 1 million dollars. You are 6 months into the job, what do you do?
