First turn-in online application then HR person contacted me. Set up an interview with a nurse manager. The interview was more informal style and I was asked previous nursing experiences, my interest in nursing, career planning and goals, how long to plan to work at this place, and if I will be OK to do a lot of bedside nursing, and working with unlicensed personnel.

This interview was very straightforward. The hiring manager was kind, calm and very laid back. I enjoyed the interview and felt that it went very well and felt confident that I had done well

Entrevista
My interview was with the Chief Nursing Officer. The interview consisted of an extensive tour of the facility (Plano, TX) while explaining their philosophy, purpose, values, and training. I asked many questions which the CNO answered in full. We then sat down in his office and talked more about my specific experience and qualifications.
I have followed up with the CNO with a Thank you email the day after the interview and then once a week by telephone since then (3 weeks now). Each time, he has told me they are still interviewing other applicants or are meeting to discuss next steps. No resolution to process yet.
