My interview was with the Chief Nursing Officer. The interview consisted of an extensive tour of the facility (Plano, TX) while explaining their philosophy, purpose, values, and training. I asked many questions which the CNO answered in full. We then sat down in his office and talked more about my specific experience and qualifications. I have followed up with the CNO with a Thank you email the day after the interview and then once a week by telephone since then (3 weeks now). Each time, he has told me they are still interviewing other applicants or are meeting to discuss next steps. No resolution to process yet.

This interview was very straightforward. The hiring manager was kind, calm and very laid back. I enjoyed the interview and felt that it went very well and felt confident that I had done well
