Initial phone interview was an informal screening process to assess preliminary candidate suitably, and importantly provide a realistic job preview to allow either party to conclude the process at this stage. Second face-to-face interview with Team Leader involved a job knowledge test that incorporated Scenario and Behavioural Based Interview questions, as well as a 30min opportunity to shadow a day-in-the-life. Third and final stage involved a face-to-face interview with State Manager which followed similar process to the second. Employsure conduct an elite R&S process which was a positive and respectful experience regardless of whether an offer was made or not.
