Had a phone interview with recruiter to get an understanding of the program and then was scheduled for an actual interview with a Plant Manager that was once apart of the program. The interview was great it was the typical introduction of self, interviewer asked questions and ended the interview asking questions. Got scheduled for next round of interviews

What were your experiences like when you interned with the company?
Behavioral questions and questions as to why I want to work in supply chain. Lots of time for me to ask questions and a relaxed environment with two interviewers asking questions.
