There were 5 main meetings.
1st Getting to know you
2nd English skills exam
3rd Technical Skills exam with local tech leads
4th Technical Skills exam with USA tech leads
5th Health Exams
After these meetings I had a final one to sign the contract and decide when to start working. In my cae this was 3 weeks after signing.
