Online Assessment: After submitting your application, you may be required to complete an online assessment, which can include personality tests, situational judgment tests, and other relevant assessments. In-person Interview: After the phone interview, you may be invited to an in-person interview, which can take place at the EY Kenya office or through a virtual platform. The interview may be conducted by one or more interviewers and may include behavioral and competency-based questions related to the position. Assessment Center: Depending on the position, you may be invited to an assessment center, where you will be assessed on a range of competencies through various activities and exercises. Offer: If you are successful in the interviewing process, you may receive a job offer from EY Kenya. Overall, the interviewing process at EY Kenya is designed to assess your skills, experience, and potential fit with the company's culture and values. Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
