Applied on LinkedIn. Got English and basic Accounting test online. Then, HR interview, Senior interview and last, Partners interview. Senior was really rude and asking degrading questions. One of Partner was nice, however the other Partner was also rude and said degrading comments about the other Partner. It showed that the company’s culture was not good. 1-2 weeks I got accepted but no follow up offering letter.

Pregunta 1
(HR interview) basic questions: why apply to EY? why Tax? what is your career goals? strengths and weaknesses?
(Senior interview) technical questions: what do you know about tax? specifically international tax? what can you contribute to EY? what is your plus point compared to other candidates? what is your hobby?
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
