Applied online for the Audit Associate role, received email from recruiter to select my preferred client sector. I responded with my preference and she set me up for 2 back to back 30 minute video interviews with a partner and senior manager. The interview was not tough, more conversational than anything. A couple days after the interview I received an email from the partner asking me to meet with a recruiter for follow up questions. Meeting with recruiter was not an interview, was more of a conversation to explain benefits of EY and extend a verbal offer with compensation to be negotiated via email.

Tell me about yourself? Why EY? Tell me about a time you worked in a group? Why the specific client sector?
Smooth, the interviewer is friendly. The interview is manageable if you really get well prepared. The interview mostly focus on experience in previous jobs and share what you have learned.
HR Interview was okay
One senior manager was okay -she seems to be interested
