Entrevista
La prima fase ha previsto un assessment di gruppo ai fini della creazione di una startup in un settore indicato dall'interlocutore. La seconda ha previsto un colloquio motivazionale con una responsabile HR e la terza un colloquio tecnico con un senior manager, più di ragionamento che nozionistico. Al termine c'è stato un rapido colloquio conoscitivo con il partner.
Try telling stories to impress the recruitment team, and it's kinda hard to do so. Also the timer appearing when answering quiz, all the things are making you nervous throughout the one-way video interview.

Any experience of leadership?
Any experience of failure?
First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.
