Recruited from campus and the process followed was designed by the students of the college. The company was informed about the process and it was followed with diligence. Overall it was managed properly and the processes were carried out timely so that it benefits both - the students as well as the company.

In total I had 3x rounds + 1x final talk with HR. Process was very plesent, everyone with whom I talked were freindly and interested in me as a person.

Pregunta 1
Questions were not specifically about one topic, rather they were "Imagine a situation..." type of questions, like behavioural questions. For example: "Imagine, that your colleague get's sick and you need to replace him for a presentation meeting with a customer. How would you approach this situation?"
Two phase interview including HR and Department Head. Interviews took place at the company's offices. HR focused at soft skills and Infosec at cybersecurity overall knowledge. The interview didn't include any test.
