Scheduled my first Round of interviewed in March, then no response for 6 months (even after multiple follow-ups from my end). Then they reached out around first week of September (with tight timeline to response in a week). Scheduled 2 rounds of interviews the following week (Sr. Manager and Partner) - the interview was easy and had case study. They disappeared for 2 months now, not even a single response to 10+ follow-up emails. This speaks a lot about their recruitment process. They never response until and unless they need something from you. I invested multiple hours in interviewing, but it’s a waste of my time and efforts. Not worth it...
