Entrevista
Applied full-time assurance staff position through college career center website. I had to answer the online questionnaire before my interview. 1st round interview was held on campus about 2 weeks after I submitted my application. Interview was not difficult; most of the questions were just behavioral questions and background check.

Entrevista
It started over the course of my senior semester in college. The head recruiter was friendly, and even invited me to one of their "private" events that they hold for certain candidates. I realized that I would be abroad on business during the time I was interviewing, and I told the head recruiter. She was very accommodating and helped me set up a Skype Interview. I got an email the next day saying that I had been moved to the second round (I was in Panama and later received a voicemail from the interviewing partner saying I had been moved to the second round).
I knew a couple of the people in EY already, and they helped me prep for the interview. The second-round had three separate interviews, and it was a matter of getting along great with each of the people at the firm, which I definitely felt. I really enjoyed the office visit experience, and I was terribly sad to have to accept another offer, as I definitely felt at home at the Chicago office.
