Assessment Centre + a panel interview.
The AC consisted of the Graduates/Vacationer applicants and we were put into pre-determined groups (after 15-20mins of introductions and ice breakers). The groups were asked to solve a problem and to present their solutions to a panel of 3 judges (who were there mainly to observe us).
The interview itself was quite relaxed and they asked a bunch of technical questions.

Have you had experiences with a technical project? If so, what was your role?
Recruitment day involved short briefing at the start, followed by a 60 minute individual interview and a group case study with other candidates.

How did you differentiate between what’s real and fake on the internet especially when reading news articles?
Interview went for around an hour with two members of the team. It was less structured and more conversational than interviews at other firms. You had to prepare and ask your "better question" at the end and discuss.

What was a time you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
The assessment process will begin with a collaborative group task, designed to evaluate teamwork and communication skills, followed by an individual interview to assess personal strengths, insights, and suitability for the role.
