It is very long, or it was for me, I was interviewed 1 year prior my hiring, a lot of psychological exams, after that time I was contacted by the Sr Manager at that time and then my hiring process began and it took maybe less than a month.

It took me like 1 year to be hired, I completed the process and the exams a year before I was hired, it is not so hard to complete the test, I had 2 interviews with my future bosses, in english as spanish is my native language.

Entrevista
One phone interview of 30 mins, followed by two behavioural rounds of 1 hour each, short IQ test 10 questions and a background check. Final round is with the partner of the advisory services
