Fairly straight forward with a video recording, and two rounds of behavioral interview. No a lot of people know about TP so it's a good idea to prepare ahead of time on the industry and knowledge.
The transfer pricing interview tested my understanding of OECD guidelines, TP methods, and benchmarking. I discussed real-life intercompany scenarios, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. A case study assessed my analytical skills. Final rounds focused on communication, client management, and my ability to handle audits and tax authority interactions confidently and clearly.
