There was a short written test firstly then a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager/partner. Interview went ok, shared a lot of about job scope and career advancement. Mainly standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, why ey) .There was behavioural questions as well which required one to describe personal experiences. Competition was also stiff as big 4 isn't hiring as much.
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
