1st round: HR by phone - double checked my resume, asked about my experience and history, my compensation and benefit package
2nd round: Technical Lead from overseas - had to dial in through a toll free number, very choppy, wasn't a pleasant experience personally
My interview felt like a school recitation unlike in any of my past interviews where they were more interested on how I applied my technical knowledge to the current issue, my relevant experience in the system, what I did for the client to improve business.
4 Interviews, Behavioural, Technical (both online), then a formality interview with senior manager, and then partner also formality. Relatively easy process. Technical was most difficult, some tricky questions. No leetcode or algorithmic test, just knowledge check.

First interview with HR was normal basics. Second interview was a 45 minutes technical interview with 2 managers. They asked me about my work experience and questions qhere based on python variables, functions, classes, dictionaries and libraries like langchain, pytorch, and tensorflow.

smooth. easy. questions from ur resume. easier coding questions and faster interview and process time for joining is less and the onboarding is good process...its easier to onboard and the inetrview is also pretty much easy to be honest
