1h Interview with two different senior consultants in the actuarial practice followed by a 1h interview with HR. As a fresh graduate, questions were mostly oriented toward my fit with the job. E.g.: why consulting, willingness to travel, client skills... Given the actuarial role, a part of the discussion was also focused on how motivated I was to pursue the actuarial qualification. Moreover, it was necessary to show a clear preference for actuarial consulting compared to a standard actuarial role for an insurance company.
