There were three stages. The whole process took 2-3 weeks or so. They clearly explained the process and answer all the questions I had. The first interview was a get to know it was supposed to be a 15-30 mins zoom meeting with the sales manager. But we ended up going over 1.5 hr. He answered all my questions and was really helpful/informative. Second interview was a assessment containing multiple parts and questions. The third and final interview was 4 parts zoom meeting. The first 30 mins was talking about the asseements. Second part was a call with the director of sales. She was really nice and answered all my questions. That was 20-30 mins or so. After that, it was a get-to-know-you-with two team leads. Just to see if you can fit the team. The fourth part was a recap of the interview with the manager.

Fast, smooth and efficient recruitment process. The recruiters were focused on softskills and our understanding of sales rather than purely technical knowledge about LMS or Saas environment. Great experience. I had 5 interviews, which was a good opportunity to meet every part of the company and meet your manager, your director and some employees and understand the cuture and energy of the company. The recruiters in charge of my process were always available, answered very rapidly to my emails and were super friendly and warm. I totally recommand.
