After this, you complete a mock demo, and finally meet with a senior leader. Every activity showcased Docebo well, and I was honoured to accept the position!

I had a very positive interview experience with Docebo from start to finish. The recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn and was transparent about the role, the team, and the interview process from our very first conversation. Communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and respectful. I then met with several stakeholders across the organization. What stood out to me was that the interviews felt much more like conversations between peers than traditional interviews. Instead of simply assessing my qualifications, the team was open about how they work, what they value, the challenges they are trying to solve, and what success would look like in the role. The process gave me a genuine sense that Docebo is looking not only for people with the right expertise, but also for individuals who align with the company's culture and ways of working.
