Two rounds of interviews. Interview was average and they asked questions targeted at excellent customer support. They also ask questions based on your technical competency. The interview was conducted over webex and lasts between thirty and forty minutes.

Entrevista
Moved pretty quick from Recruiter - hiring manager and bringing me into the London office. I wasn't successful as it came down to myself and one other candidate but I the Recruiter was quick in delivering feedback and said she would keep in touch for future opportunities in the team. I have stayed in touch with her and we have actually discussed other opportunities with Diligent.
I have continued to look out for similar roles on Diligent website.
